Prepare your lamp – Make sure the edge of the lamp head is completely clean, dry and free from dust, oils or residue.

Prepare the strip – Cut the strip in half through the centre hole to create two sections.

Position the strips – Hold each section against the lamp head first so you can see where it will sit.

Peel & apply – Remove the adhesive backing and apply each section around the curve of the lamp head, pressing gently into place as you go.

Secure the strip – Firmly press along the full length to ensure good contact with the lamp surface.
